Does that mean you also pronounce scuba sku•ba instead of skoo•bah? Because that U stands for Underwater not OOnderwater. And what about Jpeg? Shouldn’t it be Jeg because the P in photographic is silent.
i’ve seen some software use . although that’s less human-readable than -. i hope you still use 8.3 naming on everything if you’re complaining about two hyphens.
Seeing as I do a lot of AV editing I use this format to keep track of Audio files I do production on. YYYYMMDD Filename Version. It’s often a case of working on a file and coming back to it weeks or months later, and in most cases there are multiple versions and revisions as I collaborate with my production partner.
It helps me keep track of the timeframe, what it is and which version so I can ensure rendered versions I’m using in other directories or as assets in other files are consistent and up to date.
The directories got quite messy and confusing initially until I adopted the ISO date format for this case.
I’m honestly not 100% sure, but I don’t think so. Waybar does though, with the tooltip option.
Waybar is similar to Polybar, but only works on Wayland rather than X11. Configuration is a bit different, but similar in many respects. If you’re using i3 with Polybar now, you can install Sway as the window manager and drop your i3 config into ~/.config/sway/, it should work exactly the same as i3 after a few minor tweaks. Once Sway is set up, you can install and configure Waybar. The config file is not a drop-in replacement like Sway was for i3, but if you can figure out Polybar, you can figure out Waybar.
As someone with pretty profound learning disabilities, I’d like to point out that… It’s actually very ableist. Maybe putting us in bus ghettos so you can sanitise your school system and isolate your darling children from the freaks is slightly worse though.
Assuming short busses are the same as minibusses, it’s kinda funny because my old school district uses them for transporting the ‘intellectually gifted’ students to a special advanced class. so ‘taking the minibus’ is something of a compliment where I’m from.
Intellectually jifted. Yeah my significant other was one of the short bus to the magnet school kids. But I’m European, and we don’t segregate based on neurotype (at least not to the same extent).
