They mean the instance should block image hosting. You can still host images on imgur/etc and link to them. Just makes it imgur’s problem to mop up the bad stuff instead of a small instance host without the resources.
I mean, Reddit didn’t have image upload support for the majority of its life. Even on Lemmy, a lot of people still upload images and videos to imgur, streamable, etc instead of using Lemmy’s built in image uploader.
but also struggled with the same: planning on buying female usb a ports to resolder on the motherboard, also male ports for my io peripherals. also humidity is ur enemy, much of my ports are ruined due to corrrosion. run ur ac people!

Those won't run a command a number of times or provide a pretty table like Perl's benchmarker will, but if you want to roll your own, those would be the place to start.
