I’ve used Xournal++ and Write, both worked pretty well. Saber also looks promising.
It’s going to come down to how the program handles smoothing of the pen input, which is going to differ based on how noisy your tablets data is, and on your handwriting.
What ever I can scrounge up from the kitchen. Sometimes a breakfast bar, sometimes noodles, some time leftovers. Just enough to keep me going untill dinner.

Focusing on things that makes me sad actually helps me. Before I go to sleep I usually have a meditative dialogue with myself about the things that made me upset during the day, and try to deconstruct the feelings surrounding the “object” of my pain. Sometimes I also just vent to myself, and tell myself that it will be alright.
