These “redpilled” people hand pick or even pay other people to act like this. Also if were talking about someone being quirky or normal then in a ralationship there are four kind of people. Normal who prefers normal, quirky who prefers quirky, normal who prefers quirky and quirky who prefers normal. For example this means that as someone who acts in socially traditional ways but prefers more quirky women i would need a woman whos quirky but is okay with me acting normally.
