In a transcript of a June 21 conversation included in the new filing, Marcus threatened to upload a sexual video of his ex-wife to Pornhub, adding that he was prepared to do things that would “fck [Brittni’s] entire fcking world up,” such as send the video directly to her family members ― unless she continued to do his laundry.

What in the absolute hell.

It would have been better to not PARK ON HER LEG. They had to lift the car off her.

The ads have been baked in for a while. Every time I turn on my PC, the first thing I see is it trying to get me to buy Game Pass, and when Starfield came out, it was putting pictures from the game on that startup screen. Even after I tried to turn that off, it still showed them.

Democrats this morning were shown a clip of McCarthy on CBS over the weekend trying to blame them for shutdown chaos, Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., said, calling that a clarifying moment for those in the party who might have voted to save him. McCarthy's decision to blame Democrats on TV this weekend was "one of the most crushingly stupid things somebody could do on the eve of your survival vote," he told NBC News this afternoon.

I saw that interview clip - the reporter actually started laughing when he tried to blame the Democrats. It really was a stupid thing to say.

He was trying to throw the democrats under the bus because the threat from Gaetz was that he was working with the Democrats. But he forgot the Democrats aren’t complete pushovers, just mostly pushovers, and ended up falling under the bus instead.

They can go job hunting literally anywhere else, not at an event not designed for them. Women have a harder time finding jobs in tech, and these dudes are trying to take even those opportunities because they think them needing jobs trumps women needing jobs.

Women are ALREADY being discriminated against in the tech job market, which is why more effort has to be made to help them get into jobs. Which is why this event was created, to counter an EXISTING discrimination. Against women.

But I guess helping women doesn’t matter to you, huh. Now when the poor mens can’t have all the exposure at ONE event.

When the initial discrimination against women stops, then this kind of “discrimination” against men will, too. So go fight against that first.

The fact is there are fewer women in STEM because fewer women go into STEM.

And of course, that has nothing to do with the discrimination women face even trying to get into STEM, and how men actively try to push them out while they’re still students! That’s not at all indicative of a systemic and well-known problem at all!

I am not at all surprised that an apparent tech bro does not see how tech bros stepping over women is a problem.

If you’ve ever talked to women in tech, they’ll tell you how badly they were treated by male students and sometimes even by teachers, trying to get them to wash out. Literally talk to any woman in tech.

But I kinda suspect they won’t actually tell you, because we know from experience how a certain type of dude will minimize and try to rationalize away everything we say, so we won’t talk to dudes like that about it.

I saw a little while ago that kbin has been having some kind of issues loading images, so that might be what’s happening. I see it with no problem.

This screams of desperation to me. Twitter never needed to make any kind of deals with celebrities before to get them on the platform. This feels like Kick throwing money at people to get them to come over from Twitch. They’re trying to lure over Instagram type folks, probably to keep them off Threads.
