@sebwhatever @actuallyautistic some 7 years ago, I came across a recipe for pickle cupcakes... still have yet to make them, but FOR ME those would be a neat snack, as opposed to pb and pickle (tho if we had better bread, I'd try it tonite lol)
Also, when I was baking, buttered, toasted sourdough was my go to snack
