There are a lot of little things that I didn't know were ND traits, like it's not that I run into strands of spider webs more often, it's just that most people don't notice how often it happens to them.

So what if when I turn around and don't turn back in the opposite direction it's uncomfortable because there are things we are perceiving that others don't. Maybe quantum strings are tangling and breaking around us and we are sensing that unconsciously.

For those of my #ActuallyAutistic comrades who understood that they're autistic later in life, did you find that the realization helped you get your life into a better spot? Or did it make things more complicated?

The autistic urge to reveal everything you know about a topic you like the second someone brings it up, feeling as though you may burst if you don’t, even though the person you’re speaking to probably has only a mild interest in the subject and will be shocked by your passion.
