@spyro @ScruffyDux I have aphantasia, but also a diagnosis of “perpetual migrainous auras without infarction” bad enough that I ended up under the headache clinic at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery.

@ScruffyDux @yourautisticlife That’s what mine is the majority of the time. I have to concentrate not to see it. I can see it in the dark or when I close my eyes too. Sometimes I get more intense visual effects like ripples on a pond or zigzags.

I’ve had it 24/7 for 18 years now, it started about a month after a car accident I was in, along with chronic daily headache and a massive increase in migraine frequency.
