I tried that for years but I can’t fall asleep that early. I wish I could because I also love a good night’s sleep but it just won’t happen unless I’ve gone 2 nights with 4 or less hours per night and worked both days. Then I’ll sleep at 7pm right after dinner. There sadly is no in-between

Thanks for the suggestion but I struggle with reading. I can’t keep my attention on it and I have to reread each sentence multiple times before I get what it says. Which is more frustrating than relaxing. But it is a bit weird as I can read articles and messages just fine.
