I thought about buying Baldur’s Gate 3, but instead, the kid and I started a fresh Ocarina of Time playthrough on the N64.

And who am I kidding? I wouldn’t have enough time to enjoy BG3 before Starfield, anyway.

I wish I could return to a time when video games didn't feel like chores. Looking at most of the games on my computer, and they are all live-service games which take up too much of my time.

I need to quit starting games that don’t have a defined beginning, middle, and end.

Maybe I will take August off from video games which are ongoing services.

I returned to WoW this weekend and decided to take my undergeared self into LFR. It went as well as could be expected. But I finally finished the Aberrus questline, so at least that is something.
