Additionally, maybe don’t start off with (and keep the tone throughout) that this is boring corporate mumbo jumbo blah blah. What a great way to get the people to continue the actions that got you there in the first place, and especially prove the further point to potential victims that you don’t give a fuck.

Remember when they went back on their promise that the $10 would be permanent premium? Then went on a rant about how they shouldn’t honor those purchases. I stopped using them right then and there, even if I was grandfathered in.
