Oh nice! I just finished watching Inside Appalachia - First Impressions 🇺🇸. It was refreshing to see a more genuine discussion with a local and then later on, talks with others in the area. It really opened my eyes to how ‘normal’ these people are in West Virginia.

It’s pretty heartbreaking how a lot of the coal mining villages/towns of olden times, ended up being ran by these huge coal companies. And those a lot of them basically were running a modernized slave labor workforce.

Simple, yet very informative. As a guy, I knew that women went through a lot while dealing with their period, but this illustrated a lot more than what I learned growing up.
