From memory the BBC have a decent tool on their site closer to the election that allows you to do something similar with choosing topics important to you which then suggests the party manifesto most aligned to your priorities.

Is kind of annoying that in most areas especially mine tactical voting is the only option if i dont want the torries back in. I saw this posted on another thread stopthetories.voteSeems to have been updated for the most recent local elections.
