I have a cheap induction hot plate and while it boils water extremely fast it still burns things on low heat because it’s just cycling max power on and off at set intervals. I don’t like it for anything that needs long, low, and slow cooking because it will burn it

I’ve done both and I prefer cleaning the gas range. Those glass tops are never as easy to clean as they claim, and with sealed burners it’s just a matter of mopping it up with towels.

One thing that would breathe new life into old content would be curation. On Plex I love making playlists of shows. I've got 90's sci fi, sitcoms, documentaries, and even a reasonable facsimile of [adult swim]. I don't think it would be too hard to add this to a streaming service.

Evangelicals everywhere have been packin a semi since this started. They can't wait for 1/3 of all the Jews to be thrown into the lake of fire while they're lifted up into heaven.

Honestly I can't wait to be rid of them but I wish it didn't take so much real-world death.
