Sadly in the US many of the companies that control large amounts of housing are all using the same software to calculate how to all raise prices as much as possible every year without having people move out. Around 2010 I moved from a studio with a shared kitchen that was $650 to a one bedroom for $900. Those studios (20m2) now start at $1,000, and the one bedrooms (50m2) start at $2,240.

There's a comment at the end of the article explaining that the McDonald's machines are somewhat unique in having a nightly pasteurization process that allows them to go two weeks between cleanings instead of requiring nightly cleaning like other machines.

Not that there are not clearly other issues at play. Just a couple important pieces of what's going on that were not covered in the article itself.

Or carbon steel if you have the money and struggle with the weight of cast iron. I still have one non stick pan, but find carbon steel works very well for pancakes french toast and crepes.

What features that you want are missing from the free versions of ticktick and todoist?

I'm currently using todoist and the 5 project limit is my main problem.
