Firefox on Android can be configured with the address / tab bar at the bottom - possibly this is what they’re referring to, but that also doesn’t dynamically change per site as far as I’m aware.

If you gave all the money to charity, then the current publishers wouldn’t get a penny. So it’s probably the best way to get it on Steam, although it also means none of the other games will get any money either.
