It looks like for many people, understanding yourself better makes your traits more visible. But also sometime it makes you feel the world more violent with your difference.

@dramypsyd this is exactly what I was talking about! It's quite hard on that exact point with my wife. She never knew me as I discovered myself since a few years. And that's why I don't stop masking, but I find it harder than before...
