Remember the neocons who perpetrated the horrific, illegal, failed Iraq & Afghanistan wars and the related illegal torture program? Well they’re in top positions of power under Biden right now. They didn’t get trials or punishments, they got promotions.

You don’t get ahead in Washington by having a moral backbone; you get ahead by proving you’ll do the most heinous, compromising things imaginable when asked to.
