You’re repeating the propaganda that Osama bin Laden was somehow connected to Iraq. Why would Iraq have factored into his calculations at all? Bin Laden wanted the US military out of Saudi Arabia and the fall of the Saudi royal family who he saw as traitors to Islam. He also thought terrorist attacks would unite Muslims from different countries and cultures against “the west,” which of course was a pipe dream. But he had no particular reason to expect reprisal against Iraq for 9/11 because Iraq had not one fucking thing to do with it. That war was 100% lies.
