India’s political leadership doesn’t care what happens to poor lower caste people in their country, or the people in other countries their medicine gets exported to.

They have almost no regulation, and what they do is often gotten around with cheap bribes.

So you end up with drug companies pulling unethical shit, and then nothing happening to them, because then they’d say who they bribed.
