Sounds like they aren’t really changed their ways. This is not open to anyone foreign because of logistical and security concerns. It’s a public relations stunt by a jaded “government” that is unconcerned with their people. I’m not the bad guy here. I’m just saying the emperor isn’t wearing clothes.
