The diplomat named in the article is Dr Anil Sooklal.

They don't look anything alike, and they're not even the same skin colour or ethnicity.

Dr Sooklal is in charge of South Africa's BRICS stuff. Mr Magwenya is the spokesman for Cyril Ramaphosa.
