As many as 75 of the destroyed cars apparently were destroyed by Israel. A hyperbole, maybe, outright false, maybe not so much.

Sounds like a direct order to me.

Ill give you that I’ve no idea what percentage did what, but the Hannibal Directive was ordered on Oct 7th.
