Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

I don’t see anything on the parody ClownStrike site that infringes the DMCA. At best, Crowdstrike might have a valid trademark violation claim, but DMCA is only for copyright infringement claims, not trademark claims.
