FWIW, I follow VOA in several languages (not my only or even major source of information) and their reporting is better than many major news sources (English language and ones in from my country).

There’s a few state sponsored media companies that are actually quite reputable. Al Jazeera as generally be seen as pretty neutral on reporting. Although there’s some exceptions, but not as much as one would expect.
