There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
Frellwit , 20 days ago I think I also had this issue using Cinnamon once, but then I just used VLC instead. Never bothered to look into why. Worked fine in GNOME for me though. I found a thread with a similar issue: forums.opensuse.org/t/…/172981 There it seems the issue was audio. Try running the flatpak version with flatpak run io.mpv.Mpv --ao=pulse path-to-your-media-file
