There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Switch to local account if you do not want any benefits MS account gives. That OneDrive feature is called Known Folder Move and it can be easily disabled. In theory it’s a great feature for most, but I dislike it as well. I have OneDrive disabled and have never seen it restart automatically.
