There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
TheRealKuni , 11 months ago From my understanding, unless ChatGPT spits out the copyrighted work, they don’t have a case here. Using copyrighted works to train an LLM which can then generate similar works seems pretty solidly to be fair use. I am not a lawyer though.
