Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

No problem at all. Both Prosody and Ejabberd will work, but Prosody probably a bit better. Maybe see if snikket.org (Prosody based) has the right Docker images for that arch, but I think it does support ARM64.
