I come from a Windows management history and work within a Windows Domain. So there is a level of “ease of use” that I get out of having a separate account in the “domain admins” group within Active Directory....

I’m trying to install Proxmox on a server that is going to be running Home Assistant, a security camera NVR setup and other sensitive data, I need to have the drives be encrypted with automatic decryption of drives so the VMs can automatically resume after a power failure....

I self host all of my services but utilize a VPS as a gateway for access. Primarily to allow access to a media server and file storage for friends and family....

I reaserached for hours but it looks like since they added typesense the 32-bit armv7 is no longer supporterd with docker....

Just thought I’d share this since it’s working for me at my home instance of federate.cc, even though it’s not documented in the Lemmy hosting guide....

Problem being, my best computer is a Fujitsu Lifebook with 4GB ram and a Core i5. I also am concerned about getting haxxed. Any help would be awesome! ^^

I’m using the Lemmy ansible installation method. I’ve been trying to add sendgrid to the postfix section of the config.hjson file on my local machine. But where do I add the API key and username?
