Gamer Recreates Entirety of Final Fantasy 7 Within LittleBigPlanet 2 | Retro Dodo

A gamer has recreated the entire Final Fantasy 7 within LittleBigPlanet 2. Jamie Colliver documented his process over 141 videos on YouTube. Every shot and piece of speech from FF7 has been recreated by hand in Sackboy’s world. It took him approximately four years of work, with each of the 140,000 lines of dialogue included. The full game takes 30 hours to play through, and Jamie plans to add bosses from FF7 Remake and FF7 Rebirth after sharing his creation worldwide.

Currently, you can only watch Jamie’s game on YouTube since LBP2 servers are no longer active. He’s considering taking his work to the next level and hoping Square-Enix will include it as a mini-game in the Remake trilogy if enough people show interest.
