Day 1:
I recently self diagnosed that I have inattentive ADHD and talking with my spouse they agreed.

I was able to talk to my primary care and get a prescription for Adderall (25 mg). While I am not official diagnosed yet, I am starting treatment.

Today is the first day of taking Adderall and I am thinking of documenting my journey here to see how it goes.

I am not sure if I will keep this up or not but if somebody finds it useful I might.
