That sounds more Greek than Russian.
"Lën Nikolaevitch Torpravi(tel)sky" would be a Russified calque of Torvalds' name, although that has at least a couple of issues with it. (1: The first word is literally "Linen". Same root, but no personal name developed from that root in Russian that I can see. 2: No-one has either surname.)
Why would it need to encapsulate that Git is a pull/push model ? What the name should do is describe what it is, and it is a call for reviews before merging, so “review request” or “merge request” are names that would make sense. When web interfaces weren’t used, it made sense to ask for reviewers to pull for reviewing, but now it’s a minority of them that are pulled by reviewers.
There’s an episode of Kitchen Nightmares (UK) where he fights with a French chef, each cursing in their own language. I imagine it would go something like that.
