Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

There’s a releases section where the developer can upload an exe for example but it’s really not easy to tell that that’s where you need to go if you just want to use the program/script, etc and you’re not a tech savvy person. So yeah, the UI could be improved on that front.
