Cool picture, but what’s new about it? Article with picture and additional confirmation its just a TOW. Looks like a BGM-71D or BGM-71E missile. On a glance, nothing cutting edge unless I’m missing something.

You’re right, IDK if the missles themselves are new. They’re part of a new strategy devised to fight China if need be. The Littoral combat team trained with these for a month in January. wapo.st/3xiuqH6

TOW missiles are actually pretty old. There’s some scuttlebutt about new guidance systems for them though. But that’s competing with moving over to Javelin missiles.
