Ever since I hooked my printer up to the Ethernet (over a patch panel), it makes a ticking sound exactly every three seconds....

I have a bunch of a polyethylene net interwoven with a hay, which would be impossible to separate. What is the best way to ecologically dispose of it? Should I give it to separated plastic (so it would be burned in an incineration plant), or put it to the communal waste?

I always been kinda interested and even fascinated by decentralized currency, thought that it was a cool idea, and then seen how it was absolutely mauled by scams, money laundering and predatory practices in general to the point when even thinking about it was gross. And I kinda forgot about it for a while....

I see a temperature map of the sea around Italy reaching above 30 C today. Obviously the sea water hasn’t this cozy temperature deep beneath the surface yet, maybe in a few decades, so where is the measurement taken depth wise?

I have seen several of my image posts (and several other posters pictures) become turned sideways after posting even though the image is right side up before posting. How do I ensure my image won’t get rotated once posted?

I think the idea of assigning a language to a post is great. However, I always use the english language. I’d like to know if there’s a way to automatically tag all my posts as english, instead of manually selecting it....

Supposing that they, y’know, try to keep their setups secure anyway. With how much you see about breaches of different sites, it’s hard to imagine individuals and smaller groups being able to keep their stuff secure....
