Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Forms does this pretty well, no randomizing of the answers that I know of though.

Rock on that’s exactly what I was looking for.

This is actually for my job, and since we all have Microsoft accounts with it enabled by the looks of it they’ll probably have no problems if I suggest this.

Not open source but Tally is a really exceptional form builder. You can build that out in no time

I’ve used Limesurvey(GPL2) previously to poll large groups, which was very straightforward to set up. Looks like it has an assessments feature too.
