NoneYa , 5 months ago I was just at Microcenter and saw these headbands you can wear while you sleep that have Bluetooth. They double a blinder for sleeping. My thought is maybe this could work where the Bluetooth will begin playing music to wake you up but the sound only is audible to you. You could test this with her before sleeping by adjusting the volume to the point where she says she can’t hear it but you still can.
