Runs Stable Diffusion’s Clip Interrogator to get prompt terms, runs Stable Diffusion’s Ultimate SD Upscale extension’s SwinIR_4x scaler with prompt terms, thresholds to 1-bit image, runs potrace to vectorize, upscales, re-rasterizes in Inkscape

And yes it can, though Lemmy’s Web UI will only show a relatively low-res version inline.

No low-effort postsNo egregiously low effort posts. These include Social media screenshots with a title punchline / no punchline, recent (after the start of the Ukraine War) reposts, simple reaction & template memes, and images with the punchline in the title. Put these in weekly Low effort thread instead.
