Just took a quick skim of your profile and while you’re sharing stuff you’re also appending “Vespair Shares” to your posts titles, which is why, I took a skim of your profile.

Maybe omit that from the title? I know there’s some fussy lurkers but they do exist, and you’ll never find out why.

I’m trying to help make this community an actual community, rather than just another endless doom scroll of empty posts, and part of my approach in that is attempting to position myself as more of a specific curator than mere nameless anonymous poster. I’m aiming for better engagement here than shitty alternatives like reddit, so I’m hoping to give the impression that when people comment they’re not just talking to singular-instance OP, but a recurring member of a community with whom they can develop rapport, you feel me?

A “better way” I imagine is simply using the text box to include maybe some of your socials / prior engagement/watchlist whatever, and I’m just poking you into what I’ve seen from experience of watching votes.

They’re a weird thing and are best ignored.
