In that case try this: Add this <span style="color:#323232;">Section "Device" </span><span style="color:#323232;"> Identifier "AMD" </span><span style="color:#323232;"> Driver "amdgpu" </span><span style="color:#323232;"> Option "SWCursor" "True" </span><span style="color:#323232;"> Option "VariableRefresh" "True" </span><span style="color:#323232;">EndSection </span> to a new file called /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-amdgpu.conf and reboot. AMD GPUs sometimes have this wild random bug with hardware cursor rendering. Be aware, that you might get some side effects, like flickering buttons when hovering with the mouse.
