there is a figure that looms over me when half asleep. I took this pic of it, in pitch black you can see it if you zoom in, but it must be pitch black and maybe oled screen

I’ve tried altering the brightness etc but I can’t make it any clearer, it seems like a figure looming over me, and when I’m half awake and I perceive it, it freaks me the fuck out for a while before I realise it’s just the lampshade and a shadow. Gets me every time.
