The splatter here isn’t the issue anymore, it’s that this amount of ice is going to bubble up so bad that the hot grease is basically gonna foam up and boil over, spilling hot grease all over the floor.
A couple of ice cubes will splatter. But how many to create this situation? I’m not really sure.
