So some secretive person behind a wall of boxes is trying to hand me a totally unsuspicious looking jar of gherkins.......Hmmmm, I've oft pondered what I would do in this situation. I suppose I'd go down to the fruit cellar and ask mumsie's well-pickled corpse what I should do.
