I’ve listened to a lot of SovCits on court proceedings. The idea appeals primarily to people who have exhausted all other legitimate options and are either going to lose something like the ability to drive or are being forced to pay money they just don’t have.
This is a Hail Mary ideology where somebody in that situation is being told what they want to hear- which is that they can wriggle out of it, that their debt isn’t really their fault (because The System is fake), and that they are special and smarter than everyone else.
