I bought the game on a whim for the switch, but I feel ill prepared. I don’t usually play heavy action games like this and I hear it’s especially hard for what it is. But I want to try.
Upvote if you got a head dent from your headset too lol
It is inspired by games such as Cube World, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Dwarf Fortress and Minecraft....
One of the best parts of gaming is gaming with friends, but often this requires everyone involved to have the same expensive piece of hardware. Almost everyone has a computer with a browser already, though, so if you’d like to play online with friends who don’t have the same gaming machine as you, they can play along now...
Finally getting around to giving this a thrash. Enjoying it a lot - as a straight continuation it extends the first making use of the much improved hardware (algae in the water!) The death that kicked things off was well done I’m keen to see where things go.

It’s getting close, next week should bring a planned release date.
The new UI elements are very cool imo
Always fun to read the more technical posts from Wube, they’ve got a whole lot of skilled people working on Factorio that’s for certain.

Happy to see that Frogwares is still working on this as a series, though knowing the (multiple) endings to the first game, I'll be curious to see if they treat this as a stand alone story or a continuation of some sort....
