Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

I believe that Valve may be the ones who do it, but just doing it without permission sounds… Illegal and out of their jurisdiction. I know Valve controls their storefront and can absolutely pull games down, just looking for some clarification on whether this could be true or not.
