It’s all cope! I didn’t finish college until age 40. Now I’m struggling to get a job and I’ve got half a dozen hobbies in various states of active / pause.
I was totally dysfunctional 20 years ago (just playing video games all the time) and even dropped out of high school before that. I’ve since learned coping strategies that work for me but it’s still way more difficult than it should be!
