Rubbed it down last night and put it in the smoker after work today. Applewood chips on 225 for 2 or so hours.

Homegrown tomatoes, zucchini an onions with some capers and mozzarella. I’m still working on my crust, I think I need higher temperature.
seasoning: garlic, madras curry powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano (and other mixed herbs)
Grilled some burgers and broccoli for Independence Day. Hard to beat a nice German-style potato salad as a side.
Showing it with the bite taken out is an unjustified response to those instagram posts of PaCs with perfect honeycomb structure on the interior. I look at those pictures and know exactly how they taste. Like cardboard....

Bacon on a flat top grill is so satisfying.
Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin in the smoker with honey mustard seed bourbon glaze.
Caramel [domes], cookie praline [fingers], Rochers (praline and nut) [rock-looking ones.]
Peaches were looking good at the market so I threw this together....
