Every year we smoke a few ducks for our farm customers. My family love smoked duck so I do a couple for us as well....
My son and I found this at Five Below. It’s a plastic pitcher that comes with the mix. Nothing fancy. You just add water, mix it up and pour it in hot oil for about a minute on each side. Came out great! Next we’re gonna make our own mix from scratch.
